Terms of Service for Drip Judge

Welcome to Drip Judge! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our mobile application. By accessing or using Drip Judge, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the app.  

Drip Judge is designed to analyze selfies using AI and provide feedback. To use the app, you must be at least 13 years old. By using Drip Judge, you agree to use it only for lawful purposes and to comply with these Terms. You are solely responsible for ensuring that the content you upload, including selfies, does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others. You also agree not to misuse the app in any way, such as attempting to disrupt its services or compromise its security.  

If you create an account, you must provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, please notify us immediately at daniel@chirhotech.com.  

Drip Judge, along with all associated features, content, and software, is owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, and revocable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or use the app’s content without our prior written consent. By uploading content to the app, such as selfies, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process and display the content solely for providing the app’s functionality.  

The AI feedback provided by Drip Judge is for entertainment or informational purposes only. It is not professional advice and should not be relied upon for decision-making. While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the results of the AI analysis, and your experience may vary.  

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Drip Judge if you violate these Terms or if we encounter technical or legal issues that require us to do so. Termination may occur without prior notice.  

Drip Judge is provided “as is,” and we disclaim all warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for any damages or losses arising from your use of the app, including issues related to AI feedback, data loss, or app errors. Your use of the app is at your own risk.  

These Terms may be updated periodically to reflect changes in our services or legal requirements. If significant changes are made, we will notify you through the app. By continuing to use Drip Judge after updates, you agree to the revised Terms.  

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa, and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of South Africa.
